Privacy
EuroGPU is a read-only directory. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no marketing emails. We set no cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to the server.
Analytics
We use Plausible for analytics. It is cookieless, does no cross-site tracking, and gives us aggregate numbers only — page views and referrers, not profiles of individual visitors.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). Traffic is proxied through Cloudflare's CDN, which sees IP addresses in transit — standard web infrastructure. Ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, then discarded.
The suggestion form
When you submit a correction or a new provider via /suggest, we store the suggestion text, the URLs you provide, the entity type, and — if you choose to give one — your contact email. The email is optional and is used only to send you a receipt and one outcome email, sent from [email protected] via an EU email relay.
To limit abuse, we store a salted hash of your IP address — not the IP itself — used solely for rate limiting (5 submissions per day). Every suggestion is reviewed by a human.
Legal basis
Server logs, rate limiting, and aggregate analytics rest on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site. The optional email field in the suggestion form rests on your consent — leave it empty and no email is stored.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of, or object to the processing of data you have submitted. Email [email protected] and we will handle it.
