100%-state-owned Luxembourg postal and telecom operator. Its digital services unit DEEP (legal entity Post Telecom S.A.) operates three Tier IV-certified data centers in Luxembourg and, since 2025, a sovereign-cloud partnership with OVHcloud whose published GPU instance line (H100/A100/ H200) is described as part of the underlying platform; DEEP does not publish its own GPU SKU pricing or confirmed regional availability as of 2026-07-08.

Control: POST Luxembourg / POST Group is a public limited company wholly owned by the Luxembourg State (RCS Luxembourg J28) since its 1992 corporatization. DEEP's technology partner OVHcloud (France) supplies platform software under a partnership/licensing arrangement; it is not reported to hold equity or control over Post Telecom S.A.
Note: DEEP data centers are Tier IV (Uptime Institute) certified; DEEP also lists ISO 9001/14001/20000/22301/50001 which fall outside this project's closed Certification enum and are recorded only in this note. The Luxembourg sovereign-cloud partnership with OVHcloud/Clever Cloud was also one of four groups awarded the EU institutions' EUR 180M sovereign cloud framework contract (2025-2026 procurement).
