Control: Orange S.A. is a French société anonyme, partly owned by the French State (directly and via Bpifrance) as its largest shareholder bloc; no non-EU/EEA entity holds a controlling stake. Bleu (Orange/Capgemini JV, Microsoft as technology licensor only) is a separate legal entity, not the contracting entity for the GPU-as-a-Service offer described here.
Ownership: Microsoft licenses Azure/M365 technology to Bleu but is not reported to hold an equity or control stake in Bleu; Bleu's infrastructure and operations are stated to be run autonomously by Orange/Capgemini staff in French data centers, separate from Microsoft's own regions.
Note: Cloud Avenue SecNum holds ANSSI SecNumCloud qualification and is run from Orange's Grenoble data center. GPU-as-a-Service pricing is quote-only; no published GPU model list (H100/A100/etc.) was found as of 2026-07-08, so no compute Offering record could be created without inventing specs.
