Control: JUPITER is owned by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking and hosted by Forschungszentrum Jülich, a German public research institution, jointly funded by the EU, the German federal government, and North Rhine-Westphalia. No non-EU/EEA corporate parent involved.

Ownership: Same EU-joint-undertaking governance caveat as other EuroHPC entries in this batch; flagged for owner review of the "no-foreign-control" mapping.

Note: Access via JUPITER Research and Early Access Programme (JUREAP), then EuroHPC JU calls and Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS) national allocation (50/50 split); not commercial self-service.
