NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra data-center GPU (SXM6, HGX B300). Blackwell Ultra pairs two reticle-sized dies over a 10 TB/s NV-HBI link and delivers ~15 PFLOPS dense FP4 per GPU with 288GB HBM3e and ~8 TB/s memory bandwidth (NVLink 5, 1.8 TB/s bidirectional per GPU). Some provider SKUs advertise a smaller configured/usable figure (e.g. the DataCrunch/Verda "B300 SXM6 268GB" node); vramGb here is NVIDIA's 288GB headline capacity.
